Joji Yoshida We shop here every month to stock up on pasta, sauces and olive oil from Italy. TJs carry items not found at Publix or Winn-Dixie. The snack section are plentiful. On many occasions weve found seasonal products during Halloween and Christmas. The clothing section have more variety than its competitors. The clothing section is fantastic with its variety and Ive found nice shirts and shorts on the clearance racks. Also the seasonal merchandise are excellent.

J Win “Rose” Hong was absolutely phenomenal! Her customer service was impeccable, and she maintained a perfect balance of professionalism and warmth. She was so personable and sweet, making the whole experience enjoyable. I initially came in just to browse, but her genuine, no-pressure approach and fun demeanor made me want to stay and shop. Unlike my experiences at two other jewelers, Rose took the time to really listen and give me her full attention. She truly made the difference, and I ended up making a purchase thanks to her outstanding service!

Mary Ellen I have wanted to shop in this store for years and finally did. Wonderful environment felt upon walking in. Greeted by Kristal and her fur baby friend. No pressure to buy just allows you to shop and ask questions to lead you in the right direction of the perfect selections. There was a very large amount of variety and I appreciated the little baskets for your selections, as they were very handy. We loved it here and have told family and friends about it and plan to return for more shopping adventures. Great store for downtown and a must stop and see.

We spent a bit of time in there picking just the right necklace charm for my accomplishment. The piece I decided on had to be ordered and was likely a 7 day turn around. To our surprise the piece arrived the very next day and before my graduation. When I picked it up and thanked them they told me that they called he company after ordering to put a rush on it because they could see how much it meant to us. Thank you for your amazing customer service and personal touch. We will be returning customers for sure!

Sierra Hadik HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!!! I haven’t worn my engagement ring for a year because I was moving furniture at work and caught my big stone on a chair causing it to fall out. Thankfully I had the stone! And a small one missing on the side. It was one of those tasks I kept putting aside. I woke up on my anniversary this year and wanted to get it fixed. I dropped it off at 9:30 am and they were done by 12:30!!!!!! He readjusted my large stone in place, added a small missing stone AND resized it because it was tight all for an amazing price. Such a great family business! Couldn’t recommend more.

Joe Mama Service with a smile. I googled jewelry repairs in Port Charlotte this jeweler caught my eye. I left a gold chain to be repaired. They were up front with the timing and charge. It was done when they said. Looking at the chain I couldn’t find the repair. It was that good. You can’t make everyone happy and there’s always another side to the story. The posts from years ago did not deter me. I was very satisfied. Thank you. I said if I don’t come back right away don’t take it personal. I will choose your establishment in a heartbeat.
