Steven Burroughs I purchased a rocking chair cushion online for $27 plus shipping of $8.95. We received the cushion and it was very uncomfortable, so we returned it today. I received a refund of $27 and was informed that the shipping is "generally not returned". I chose not to challenge the statement, "generally not returned". I lost 33% of the purchase price when this was not refunded. One of the online managers ask me to call customer service and my $8.95 was refunded. Thank you for doing that as my faith has been restored in JC Penneys!

Travis Taylor Jay was very helpful when me and my wife needed to extend my pawn for extra time. He let me make a payment on it to keep it in, allowing me time to get the money to get the full amount to get it out. I am glad he was able to help us out in a tough time, and am glad to know he is there if I need him again in the future. carla911pr63 I came by 2x and Kim Thank Jewelers was closed. I finally got found the perfect gift I was looking for to give both my daughters. An authentic Jade bangle and ring. Plus a beautiful gold band for the other child. Christine & her Mom (original owner for 40 yrs) helped put on the beautiful Jade. It was a perfect gift of love for both my girls that they can treasure forever. I definitely recommend this store and trust in their quality jewelry. Next year, I will get my Badge necklace for me and a nice bracelet for my grandson. I also got my rings cleaned and the store hours.

Hot Wired This is a great store to stop in to pick up some jewelry trinkets to take home all for $10 each or on sale for $5 if you find it. Be sure to ask for one of their cards as if it gets punched 10 times. When you purchase 10 items you get a free item! The staff here was absolutely wonderful. Extremely friendly and glad to help you.
