5 /5 Hot Wired: This is a great store to stop in to pick up some jewelry trinkets to take home all for $10 each or on sale for $5 if you find it. Be sure to ask for one of their cards as if it gets punched 10 times. When you purchase 10 items you get a free item! The staff here was absolutely wonderful. Extremely friendly and glad to help you. We will be back! Stop in today and tell them that I sent you.

1 /5 Silvana Mon Riz: If I could give zero I would! I have been visiting Florida for many years & visit Johns Pass every year. I visit $10 jewelry shop every year and ALSO purchase gifts for family & friends. I also have a buy 9, get 10th free stamp card. Well I went into the shop yesterday and found a few goodies that were on sale under $10. I purchased them because they were what I WANTED, not just because they were reduced. I normally spend between $50 to $60 EVERY TIME I enter the store. Yesterday i didn’t because my husband was impatiently waiting outside & I was going to return when I had MORE time to shop. Upon checkout, I kindly asked that a certain bracelet that I was purchasing (which was $5) be put in a small “paper bag” since it was going to be a gift. She put it in a purple plastic bag and said she could only give me 1 paper bag and since she put the other 7 items in ONE large paper bag that was my limit. I said BUT TAKE back the BIG paper bag and give me a small one because that one was a gift. Well NOPE, she couldn’t do it. Keep in mind the costumer in front of me purchased ONE, $10 item & she wrapped it nicely with tissue paper and put it in a small paper bag!!!! I didn’t ask her for 10 small bags, I asked her for ONE! Gezzzz!!! So, I spent almost $20 and she spent $10 and I guess her purchase was more “important”! I actually wanted to say, I come to this store EVERY YEAR and spend a lot of $ but I did not want to sound petty for a paper bag. That being said, it left a VERY SOUR taste in my mouth….its not about the 1 cent bag or the products I purchase that are from China with 95% markup, it’s about customer service. P.S. I paid cash and she was a bit confused with giving my change (VERY simple math, nothing complicated). Maybe a bit more training staff on HOW TO handle actual currency and not only electronic payments.) This message is not intended to harm your business but to make OWNERS aware that sometimes it’s the small things that can make or BREAK your business! I will continue to enjoy the other shops at John’s Pass!

1 /5 Carrie Smith: I have never had a customer service experience as horrible as this one in my life. The woman checking me out yesterday (April 12th) was incredibly rude and combative for absolutely no reason. The woman accused me of rushing because I said I’d put my earrings in my bag (to save them a bag) and when I said I wasn’t, she said “yes you are you grabbed them from me”. All I did was I simply picked them up off the counter because obviously she shouldn’t be touching my bags to put them in. Her tone was aggressive and she continued to double down on her ridiculous accusations. Even my husband said she was insanely rude and wanted to stay and talk to the manager. The woman said the manager wasn’t in and took down my name and number to call me, but I’m guessing it got “lost” because I never got a call. The woman was shorter, tan, with grayish black hair and a slight accent. I will definitely not give any more of my business to this place because of her.

4 /5 Brenda Crocco: A great place to shop with excellent prices and fun jewelry but be careful as I was sold a garment with only 1 arm sewen in it! I was very excited to purchase this top but was very disappointed when I got home to find it defective! I have tried to contact the store through messenger to correct but Im unable to find the contact information. I hope someone reaches out to me here in Canada as I do not have North American calling. Thanks...
