Laura was amazing to work with showing us ideas from the case and ideas my daughter came in with until we came up with exactly what my daughter wanted. From conception to design to finished product we couldn’t be happier with the end result.

Janine Roberts Vincent was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He helped me design a beautiful ring to accommodate a diamond that was left to me by my grandfather. Susan Frazier I had a bulova watch that needed to be repaired and Jewelry Works was able to repair. I had called the Bulova Repair Company (which was out of area) and was going to have to mail my watch for repair. I am so glad I found Jewelry Works in High Springs and close to my area for this repair. They did an excellent job on my repair and were very friendly and welcomed me to their store location. I will be going back to them for more repair and fixing prongs on my rings

claudia noya my experience here was really good. the sales lady giselle is the bomb. she was very nice and very respectful as well as very patient with me cause Im very indecisive. she expressed her opinion when i asked her for it in a respectful way. she is plain great!! 10/10 would recommend this store to anyone as long as giselle is working there!!!!

David P "Uneducated" per Rhonda, one of the owners... My wife (who is very educated by the way) and I visited their booth last Friday, at Safety Harbors 3rd Friday and she was interested in a few of their silver charms. One in particular was a rather large leopard but my wife didnt like the chain. We then asked Rhonda if we could try it on my wifes chain. Rhonda proceeded to add it and my wife decided it was a little to big so again, she asked Rhonda to remove it. Well...my wifes chain then broke at the clasp. 1st word out of Rhondas mouth was that was a cheap chain and no way was it silver. No apology for breaking the chain, no sympathy - really?. Anyways my wife ended up buying another charm and we left. My wife later emailed Rhonda that she was upset and cant believe they did nothing and offered no apology. To top that off, Rhonda ended up calling my wife as a follow-up to the email and proceeded to argue about the chain and stated that she (my wife) is "uneducated" since she did not work in the jewelry trade industry. Well....we are not 10 years old and definitely aware of different grades of silver, platings etc... Granted it wasnt an expensive chain and its not the point, just horrible customer service. Never again buying from this vendor

Joji Yoshida After relocating to Pensacola were delighted to find a JCPenney store. Weve found gems or bargains just perusing the aisles. Parking is humongous to the front and side of the building. We hope more residents will support our local businesses.
