Misty Paez Today, I stopped by Kay’s to have my current rings evaluated and explore the possibility of trading them in for something special for my boyfriend. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Hope, who provided exceptional service throughout our visit. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and knowledgeable, and she offered honest guidance every step of the way. Hope made us feel completely comfortable, allowing us to view as many pieces as we wanted without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Her kindness and professionalism truly made the experience enjoyable. We left with big smiles and two beautiful pieces that my boyfriend absolutely loves. Steven Schragel I wish all service stores were like this. they were so honest and helpful when i brought a gold chain in for cleaning and repair after it was accidentally washed in the laundry. after a hard look and hand polish they told me I didnt have to spend money on anything else since it wouldnt be worth it. Paul Thompson After several visits to this location over the past year, we decided to leave a review. The staff are all very attentive and very friendly. Typically one of the sales staff members walks with you or is within sight, just in case you need help with anything. Every visit, someone has been very helpful, and does the best they can to either find what were looking for, or point us in the right direction. We have purchased several pair of boots, and my brother has both purchased boots and some shirts when weve visited. For western wear, I can highly recommend this small business to anyone passing through the area. Thank you to management for hiring a good team and training good sales personnel.

I would guess half of these bad reviews I seen on here 100% faults by my experiences dealing here over eight years. People go out of the Ray to write bad things, but don’t go out of your way to gift credit and this lady deserves her credit. If Santa shops here, so should you!!
