The store is spotless, beautifully organized, and it smells so good from the moment you walk in. Not only do they have a beautiful selection of jewelry, but their kindness and understanding truly set them apart. I had a layaway with a 3-month payoff, but due to personal circumstances, I couldn’t pay it off on time. They were so understanding and generously extended my payoff date without any hesitation. That kind of compassion and customer service is so rare nowadays. I’m beyond grateful and will definitely be back for future purchases!

5 /5 jaisha: Repaired my childhood nameplate necklace. The chain was broken for over a decade and it has a bit of a unique design on the chain itself. I was so pleased with my experience, they have super fair prices and I did not know initially they would also clean and repair with the price ( I called the next day to add that on after dropping it off so that was amazing as well). The necklace looks amazing and they cleaned it so well. They are incredibly kind people and they know what they are doing! I will definitely come back.

I cleaned it with several mixed metal jewelry. I cant tell you how grateful I was when I saw it. I would have gladly paid double. And I feel like I made a new friend.
