1 /5 Franklin Willa Mae (Willa): I was shopping in store clearance section. Sign says $5 pink tickets.. I found a blue comforter set pink ticket .. They wouldn’t honor it JC Penney claims it was mislabeled.. They need to honor their mistakes Management are horrible.. I see why they closing some stores and that one will be next..

5 /5 Lynn G: Love the many products & reasonable prices. Employees are professional, pleasant & extremely helpful. A special shout out to Yvonne the sales lady / cashier. Shes terrific! A real asset to JCPenney.

4 /5 Pierrette Israel: Store is well set up and very clean and organized. Evening from juniors to plus size, kids, men lingerie, and beauty. You can find just about everything but this is not a discount store. Prices are good but not cheap.

5 /5 Carleigh Walter: Imani was an absolute superstar today! She managed to shoot a packet full of poses for 9 different group variations, with a fast pace and upbeat attitude. When I say she was hustling to get the best angles, I couldn’t count the number of times she got all the way to the floor and back up. We were going for awkward family photos, but it was also so sweet that she intentionally included a few sentimental ones too. The whole team was absolutely lovely and made our photo shoot so fun and comfortable. Thank you all for the treasured memories and photos! (We had a few hour turn around, so fast!)

5 /5 Pat Kronholm: The customer returns area was easy to find. The associate was pleasant to talk to and was well versed in the return process. It was a very quick and easy transaction. I then had an item to pickup and she was just as efficient and quickly got my order and out the door I went.
