I’ve taken several pieces of jewelry to be fixed here, on top of being so kind, and quick… they also make sure to keep their pricing affordable, especially compared to other places. I even went there one time thinking i would need to purchase a whole new gold clasp for my necklace, but the amazing woman working said “let me try something”.. Not only did she FIX it, when i asked what i owed her, she told me nothing. An amazing family to do business with, i’ve been amazed at how they everyone who walks through the door every time Ive gone there!

James Hamblin I cannot say enough about this wonderful business. Over the years (3 solid gold necklaces from 10-18k , two Solid gold bracelets with one having white gold Intertwined within it & Two custom-made gold pendants, one boxing glove And one with the engravings of Philippians, 4:13 were purchased out of this location. Altogether, I’d say there was close to $10,000 -12,000 spent if not more. I will not buy gold from any other location. They always treat me like they’ve known me all my life. They are very fair on price. They’re very respectable. I can’t say enough about this business. If you want great gold, which is quality gold in my opinion Look no further than this location. I’d say you get what you pay for, but I can’t put a price on the hospitality they have given our family! I love these wonderful people. Stop in today if you’re in the market. We will surely be back! Honest Jew These people are some of the most unprofessional in the business. They wanted to charge me $1600 to repair a clasp on a watch that sells on eBay for $1600. They kept me on the hook trying to sell me a n extremely cheap quality leather band with a markup of hundreds as a backup plan for them. They are going to argue on the review that they didn’t, but here I am telling you about it. This went on for almost 2 months with zero effort to contact me back or follow up. Take your business anywhere else. The owner is too old to have every decision run by him. It’s comical how long things linger on, with that policy of 60 days and your jewelry is now ours. I got my stuff back by a week or so. How convenient

Mike Connelly Underwoods is a fantastic place to do business. I asked Gretchen Anderson for help in designing an anniversary ring for my wife that included very modest family stones passed down and she did an amazing job. To be clear this was not a big high dollar project but a very modest piece. She was so helpful and it turned out perfect! I have bought several pieces there and am happy to call Underwoods our family jeweler.

Susan Lane Loved this place! It had such a pleasant balance of eclectic, creative and vintage items. Each little nook of this place was filled with fun to look at stuff. I didnt purchase anything but a little surprise grab bag for 13.00 that Ive not opened yet. So much I loved, but we are flying home and shipping would make my husbands wallet cry...cant wait to snoop through my goodie bag later, I am a sucker for a good gamble! Owners were really nice too!
