The service was quick and professional, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They also have a really nice selection of jewelry and watches. We were immediately greeted by Aly, who was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely warm. There wasnt a hint of pretentiousness, which, unfortunately, can be rare at some luxury watch retailers. Aly was remarkably patient, taking the time to answer all my questions about various models and how they would suit our wrists. She clearly understood how to guide without pushing, making the experience truly enjoyable. While they didnt have the exact models I was looking for in stock, Aly promptly added me to their waitlist. What truly set this visit apart was an unexpected discovery: a stunning, pre-owned two-tone Rolex Submariner "The Bluesy" in one of their display cases. I hadnt planned on purchasing one, and honestly, online pictures dont do this watch justice! I was genuinely surprised that Kempfs had priced this lightly used, near-new watch so fairly—a stark contrast to the inflated prices often seen elsewhere. It was in pristine condition, practically brand new despite being a few months old, and came with all its original box, tags, and paperwork. It was such an incredible find that I simply couldnt pass it up! Im absolutely thrilled with this impromptu purchase and have zero regrets. Beyond the fantastic "steal," the exceptional customer service from Aly was the true closer. Her professional, kind, and attentive approach made all the difference. Its a breath of fresh air compared to how Ive been treated at other authorized Rolex dealers. Im so fortunate that my family and I live close to such a remarkable jeweler. Kempfs Jewelers not only offers an outstanding selection of fine jewelry but, most importantly, provides unparalleled customer service. As someone who never really wore any jewelry, I had no idea where to go to resize & restore my grandmothers 1950s wedding/ engagement ring, that I recently inherited. The staff here was very knowledgeable, & gave me a fair price on resizing (from size 6 to 8), replacing a small diamond, tightening the prongs, & polishing this sentimental ring. Toni Granchi Judys jewelry was recommended to me from my jeweler. I had some coins and other articles for assessment. An appointment was made and the store is fabulous just like the owner Sal.He assessed all the coins which were not as many 50 cent pieces as I thought. he had cookies and candy wrapped as give a ways. i tried to buy a jewelry box which is perfect for my small items. He would take no money from me and gave me money for what i brought him. oh and when i entered the store I was greeted by the very friendly, kind staff. Go there folks ands see what items he has and also what he can do for you with items you may have.
