Crystal (perfect name to work in a jewelry store) greeted me with the friendliest smile and immediately I felt the anxiety leave. From the very beginning, she guided me through the process with patience and care, offering different options and even custom ideas to make sure I found something truly special. When we sent the ring out for a custom halo setting and it didn’t come back the way we had hoped, Keirn was incredibly understanding and supportive. She never once made me feel like a bother, even though we messaged back and forth constantly trying to find the right solution. Her communication, professionalism, and dedication to making things right went above and beyond what I expected. Thanks to her, we ended up with a stunning ring that my fiancée absolutely loves. I started looking at solitaire engagement rings as we will be celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary next month. I loved my ring and I was just browsing. Keith answered all my questions about natural, which I had, and lab made diamonds. He took great time and patience with me going over my reluctance to exchange my natural 21 year diamond for a new bright lab made. He was so knowledgeable about the process involved in choosing a new diamond, we left with my new 3 karat diamond. Absolutely fantastic experience.
