1 /5 Quincy Occeas: I called beforehand to ask if they take xboxs and videos games. The lady on the phone said they do. I drove 30 minutes to this pawn shop because it was the highest rated locally. I was in the store less then a minute before they told me they don’t take Xbox’s bc they already have one. My only issue is I wish they would’ve told me that when I called 30 minutes prior.

5 /5 Ana Dalia Diaz: Went to the store today and it was wonderful to see the young Man Nigel and his staff treated me with respect. Normally when I visit the store, the manager treats me and other customers like trash with no respect or dignity. This young man is a true leader, and a the staff looked happy and confident working beside him. It was the first time in months that I saw the store and its employees so positive, I truly enjoyed shopping there today, I made my purchase and actually returned in the afternoon and made a second purchase. Thank you for the outstanding service. Please keep this young man in charge.

3 /5 Abigail Rehkopf: I have been to Capital Pawn several times at a few different locations, and every time I have had an amazing experience, always given the same percentage amount for my items being sold/pawned.. every time.. never any problems. EXCEPT the last time I went to this location, I was given a little over $100 less than what I normally would have been offered. Scott stepped in after the other employee looked up how much everything would be, and started typing back and forth on the computers looking up the things himself.. and then proceeded to offer the lowest amount.. and refused to even budge on the offer even though it was already way less than what I normally would have been offered. He was completely rude about it and didnt do business how you should. How can you give someone the same percentage for items several times and then all of a sudden say they cant do that and offer less.. never had a bad experience with this company until then. Didnt appreciate it, we drive over an hour to bring our things here for how well they take care of us everytime. Probably wont be back to this location because of him. Every other employee there was great and treated me fairly though.
