C Pagan 2 rings / Wedding band set left to be sized down from size 7 to size 6. They did phenomenal work on my rings. You can’t tell the ring was cut at all. They even cleaned & polished my rings for me. I’m completely satisfied with their custom service. They were courteous and professional. Very inviting and I will come back. Many Thanks to your staff. I knew it would be challenging because of the size difference and the jewels on the band itself. Gary took me back and began working almost immediately. In less than 30 minutes, he had my ring sized from a 7 to a 3 1/2 with no loss in the integrity of the gems on the band. What wouldve been a several week process elsewhere was so easy and very reasonable! I am more than pleased and highly recommend Gary and Vicci Capraro to anyone who needs any jewelry work or for anyone looking for a beautiful piece.
