Derek Scholz Went to the store just to window shop. Saw some items and needed different sizes. Fortunately Brelyn was a major help for us. She went above and beyond for us going back and forth from the back going on the ladder multiple times. Answering all our questions and was super knowledgeable about the store. Even recommended similar items when our sizes were not available. Also offered the fitting room. Would 100% shop at this Earthbound again especially if Brelyn was working. Really made the trip and we found a lot of new outfits.

Weston Scott Couldn’t be happier with the experience of designing my fiancée’s engagement ring with Kevin. I came in with a general idea (based on her input) and some scattered thoughts, and Kevin somehow managed to turn all that into something better than I ever imagined. From the start, he nailed the stone selection. It hit every mark I was looking for. But the setting is what really blew me away. I’m not sure I ever clearly articulated what I was envisioning, but Kevin understood it anyway. His attention to detail and ability to read between the lines during our calls was seriously impressive. She loves it, and the compliments haven’t stopped since she started wearing it. It’s elegant, subtle, and completely her. Kevin took a half-formed vision and turned it into something timeless, something that feels like it was always meant to be hers.

Bernice Baroudi Amir is an outstanding jeweler. He has the knowledge, PATIENCE, and expertise to ensure your jewelry is exactly what you envisioned. Working with Amir was an amazing experience. He is full of ideas and gets the job done. I cannot speak his praises enough. He designed such a unique engagement ring for me and he is the only jeweler who understood what I wanted and MADE IT HAPPEN. Trust me, you cannot go wrong with Amir at Diamond Vault. Amir has a wonderful store and offers great customer service and the experience and talent to accomplish creating the most beautiful jewelry. I live an hour away from his store and I will only trust Amir with my pieces in the future. Other jewelers have seen my ring and have asked me who made it for me because it is of such quality and so unique. Amir uses the best materials and is very transparent with his pricing. THE BEST IN ALL OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA!!!

Christine Brown Lowest prices, very friendly and welcoming! Went shopping for wedding rings and priced quite a few other stores before going back to see Pam at Aleena Diamonds. Pam was so patient and helpful and I couldn’t have had a more perfect experience here. The prices were half of everywhere else for the same rings. They had a jeweler on site to have our rings sized the same day for free, where as everywhere else charged for the sizing and it would have taken a week to get the rings back. I will definitely shop here from now on.

Lisandra Reyes I went to Studio Jewelers to get my watch adjusted, and Dan took care of it quickly. He was very attentive and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back to have other pieces repaired. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to repair their jewelry or even purchase something new.

James Ackert I have used these folks to size an Omega watch bracelet and polish a nice Tissot watch with an 18k gold bezel. The bezel on the Tissot was scratched from a few years of wear, but Downtown Jewelry restored it LIKE NEW! The price has always been quite reasonable. Thanks so much, Downtown Jewelry & Watch!

Francesca Marciani I cyber-stalked this store online before my vacation to PCB, and headed in as soon as they opened their doors two days ago. Given that their social media accounts showed only glimpses of what they offer, I was surprised (in the best way) to see the big range of designs they had! Savannah (my apologies if I misspelled her name) was extremely attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, and I could tell that she genuinely loves her job. She patiently waited while I hemmed and hawed over various pieces, before I finally settled on a fishhook pendant that I’ve worn every day since. Gorgeous designs, huge selection. I’d be happy to come back one day!
