I was transparent and told her I was just browsing, and despite that she treated me with the utmost importance. While she was preparing my beverage, Vincent got me set up and pulled the pieces I was interested in! When he found out I was a jeweler, he started showing me pieces that exhibited beautiful innovated craftsmanship. Both Vincent and Bianca were warm and provided an exceptional experience that tailored to me both as a customer and as a jeweler; they treated me with respect and value! And I cannot forget to mention their security detail! He was just as polite and warm! Everyone in this store has a high level of emotional intelligence and brand knowledge. Scoti “Scubi Doo” Brought my bracelet in to get repaired and I figured it would be next week until I got it back. However less than 24 hours it was fixed and looking perfect. Plus I had an issue with my watch and the gentleman was able to fix it while I was in the store. This is going to be my go-to jewelry store, plus they have a gold bracelet that I like and Ill probably purchase at some point in time in the near future.
