Elliza Beltran Snow Jewelers did an amazing job restoring my parents’ engagement ring and wedding band. Previously, the band was snapped and needed to be resized. It was also very tarnished after many years. The prongs holding the jewels also needed to be strengthened. Marisa did a great job explaining the process and getting my size. In my opinion, the price was also affordable. The jeweler did a great job bringing it back to life! Highly recommend their services.

Heather Packert The best customer service! Visited without an appointment a few weeks ago with my three children. Staff greeted us so kindly when we entered and directed me to the right area. I had a Tiffany item that needed to be restored. The associate took it to the back and I assumed Id be dropping it off for a while and have to pay. She came back quickly with a big smile and said it was on the house. How sweet it was for her to take her time to help me. My kids and I shopped around for a bit and I will definitely be back for gifts & some personal jewelry. The shop is clean and organized and very well maintained. What a great local find!

Kim Friedman My “nice” watch needed a new battery and I brought it to a store in Longwood, who is known for their inexpensive battery replacement. Usually it takes minutes to replace a battery at this place, but 45 min later, they were still attempting to get the back plate screwed on correctly. They blamed the delay on the tiny screws, needing a smaller screw driver. The plate was not level and I was concerned with water seepage. I drove directly to Sams, and without me mentioning what happened, they immediately commented the watch was not assembled correctly. It cost more than expected but they also cleaned the band and used a superior battery compared to the other place. I will only bring our watches to Sams from now on. You get what you pay for! The service was professional and they are knowledgeable. There is a reason they have been in Lake Mary for 30+ years!

Being in the design field, my wife had a ring design in mind for years—something unique yet practical that she wouldn’t have to remove every time she visited a construction site. When I first met with Jorge, I saw one of his custom sports jewelry pieces. As avid mountain bikers, I thought she may like it, so I showed it to her—and her face immediately lit up. She asked, “Do you think he’d let me combine his design with mine?” Not only was Jorge open to the idea, he embraced it wholeheartedly. He listened carefully to every detail and comment, patiently incorporated numerous changes throughout the process, and brought the design to life with a detailed 3D rendering and then a mold, ensuring we were getting exactly what we wanted. He went above and beyond sourcing the perfect emeralds and making sure every element of the rings was just right. The final piece left her speechless—it’s personal and completely unique. We were so thrilled with how her rings turned out that we decided to create a custom ring for me and earrings for my wife as well. Once again, Jorge took the time to understand our vision, listened patiently, and exceeded all expectations. Jorge’s craftsmanship, professionalism, and dedication to his clients are unmatched. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Santos Jomar Although they feel over priced and thin gold and hardly able to fix they own gold, they have been true to what they sell and havent had an issue. Tested theyre gold and its good jewelry as of now. Bravo boys thank you for the nice treatment, respect and love even when Im just passing by.
