Renee Jepson I have been purchasing jewelry at this store for a couple of years (gold hoop earrings, gold necklace, diamond ring) Time for a review! Ive always shopped with Alex. He, as Im sure others with Pacific Jewelry, has been fair and honest with pricing. My latest purchase was a beautiful baguette diamond ring (for Mothers Day). I prong must have been loose and a very small, yet noticeable diamond, slipped out. I brought the ring in for repair and the diamond was replaced, ALL prongs were checked and the ring was polished. All within 3 days! This store is on a busy street and it can be months before I stop to shop or say hello. Alex always remembers us. I appreciate that.

Kristy Saffo Went for my first time to Joey the jeweler to pick up a free senior graduation necklace. Not only is it beautiful, but the friendliness of the staff was amazing! I asked about getting my engagement ring fixed since 2 other jewelers said the prongs needed to be replaced. They told me they were still good and didn’t need replacing, but he fixed a bent prong and smoothed a sharp area! When I asked when the time came how much would it be to replace, the price was much better than other jewelers quoted me! I highly recommend!!

During my first trip, I met Mais Tarrab, and I have become a lifelong customer. I absolutely love her! It was the best shopping experience Ive ever had, and I always look forward to seeing her. She helped and guided me through my purchase, demonstrating her extensive knowledge and resources. After buying my rings from her, I ordered several other items, and she has been amazing in coordinating everything for me. Im also happy to share that my future son-in-law bought the engagement ring from her. Additionally, my daughter and her fiancé, who recently got engaged, purchased their wedding bands from Mais as well. Our family exclusively purchases from Mais at Gold and Diamond Source. Im excited to see her in May to buy some pieces for myself!
