The emeralds are exquisite and I am amazed at how beautiful the set is every time I wear it. Even though it took him quite a bit of time to make a final decision and purchase, she was attentive, responsive and extraordinarily helpful in teaching him about emeralds and providing design ideas. We would highly recommend them to anyone that wanted high quality gems and fabulous service.

Mireya was immensely helpful, sending me pictures in different lights and angles, which was reassuring given the pressure of purchasing a gem over the web. The stone is beautiful, and the design and craftsmanship are excellent. Both my father and grandfather were jewelers, so I really love and appreciate special pieces like this one, made by Norberto.
