love music Halsall Padilla My grandmother and mother shop at this jewelry store. I definitely became a customer to Ms. Santa’s shop. They have various selection of items they even do custom designs as well. They do have lay away plans available and are very convenient. Ms. Santa and her daughter are so sweet, kind, and are very knowledgeable about jewelry. And her husband and son are great at fixing any item that needs repairing. I broke my gold chain about 10 times last year and they were always patient with my crazy ass. But what I love about their jewelry selection is that I found some unique pieces that I have not seen anywhere else. I just finished purchasing my dream ring!!! It’s so cute and fancy. Nicole Johnson We had so much fun shopping at Flip Flops on Palafox for the first time today. There were so many great booths with many different kinds of vintage and antique offerings; there was so much to see and consider! A lot of the vendors had sales from anywhere from 10 to 50% off select items or their entire booth, and I was able to get some great pieces of carnival glass for really great prices. Prices in general were al generally reasonable, which is not always the case when shopping second hand. The employees were all so cheerful and helpful, and we will definitely look forward to another visit soon!

Fallin Turner I purchased two ring from her a year ago and the diamonds fell out while washing my hands! When I returned to the business to discuss a resolution I was told there wasn’t anything wrong. It’s very obvious they are missing. He then told me that I didn’t pay $300 for it and told me he knew nothing about jewelry. He then called us liars and tried to upswell me a different set!! Never buy from here they will scam you and refuse to fix obvious issues

Marla Ottenstein A friend of a friend, of a friend told me about H.M. Rose Jewelry (formally Kristoff Jewelers). From the moment I met Michael, I knew I had stumbled upon a gem (excuse the pun). Michael, and his wife, Margie, are wonderful people. When Michael designs a piece, the project becomes personal and the results prove it. I had a ring, necklace and earrings, all of which were from grandmothers, great grandmothers and my mom, and all of which were not being worn. He is a genius! Ive attached a photo of the necklace he created for me, as well as a photo of some gold hoops he made to match a similar pair I already had in silver. I trust him explicitly and have returned several times to have him up-cycle things I wasnt using. Ive referred numerous clients and friends to H.M. Rose Jewelry. Everyone calls to tell me how pleased they are with the superlative customer service and with their jewelry.

Milkshake I guess no one know what they talk in the store. I called for return and asked if I need a physical card or not. The lady said You DON’T need it. just talked about 30 days policy. When i go there, the manager said you need the card. I mentioned the phone call. This is what all of them told me; You did not talk to me. Okay so who I talked to??? a ghost or what?? Pandora just sucks
