They truly care for their customers like if you are an extension of their family so this is why I will always be a customer here. They are also the best at everything they do! Sales is comfortable and easy, quality of their jewelry and precious stones and watches are amazing. From difficult jewelry repairs to swapping batteries is top notch and quick. Resizing rings and excellent appraisals..they do it all with such dedication. Their fair prices are the best part. It’s an amazing experience that sets them apart. Do not waste your time with anyone else, a true jeweler is hard to find!

5 /5 Eva Underberg: Spectacular service. Had 3 rings that needed to be sized. And found perfect size. The most important thing was I had another ring where my opal stone had cracked and fell out. They were wonderful enough to look through their opal collection and find another perfect stone that fit my ring setting and had it placed beautifully.

5 /5 Schadell Lalita Brooks: I was on the hunt for a jeweler that delivered quality repairs and inscriptions for a watch. At first, I went to a store over in the St. John area but was severely disappointed with their prices and the quality of the repair and inscription. When I reconfigured my search to a more local approach, I came across this gem of a store! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by April who asked me what I needed. I showed her the watch and she quickly took care of the repair. She was so friendly and provided me with amazing service. The repair was done quickly and with extra care. While I waited for her to finish the repair, Angela was able to show me some wedding bands. She was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and excelled in customer service. I also interacted with Mr. Barnett and he answered so many of my specific questions about jewelry. All of these interactions gave me assurance that my watch would be inscribed perfectly. I am looking forward to coming back to pick up the watch as I know its in the best hands in JAX.

5 /5 NOS Nero: Theres a reason why this place has such high ratings. Id give them 6 stars if I could. Theres nothing better I couldve asked for. Greeting warmly upon walking through the door, while they were busy. The place smells nice, looked spotless. One of the owners was present and working with customers. I talked to Matthew Bryce, he got me taken care of in just a few minutes, reassured me that my watch was in good hands. He went the extra mile by resetting the time for me after my battery replacement. Just good vibes pouring from every corner of Barnett. Places like this are rare these days. I know exactly where Im going next time im in the market for some jewelry. Keep up the good work guys!
