Lissette Puentes Had a great experience as a first time customer. I took a very sentimental ring to Maurice to see if he could do anything to refinish it. After many visits to other jewelry stores and hearing No, he was the only one that was willing to help me. The ring was not expensive or made of gold but he treated it as if it was. After a few days I went to pick up my ring and he did such a beautiful job!! I could not believe it. My ring looked brand new. Thank you Maurice for the care and great service you provided. I truly appreciate it.

Milkshake I guess no one know what they talk in the store. I called for return and asked if I need a physical card or not. The lady said You DON’T need it. just talked about 30 days policy. When i go there, the manager said you need the card. I mentioned the phone call. This is what all of them told me; You did not talk to me. Okay so who I talked to??? a ghost or what?? Pandora just sucks

They all came out beautifully and for a very fair price. AND, he was able to get it all done in just two days, which was important because I needed them before leaving the country. 10/10. We were immediately warmly greeted upon entering, and when I asked if they could clean my ring, the woman helping us said she could absolutely do it quickly for us. She took it right back and cleaned it faster than I could even imagine. It looks incredible, shining as much as it did when I was proposed to a year ago.
