Very honest they didn’t overtake my money when they quoted me a higher price they told me that they actually didn’t need to do all the things that they had said because they didn’t want to risk breaking the necklace that it was made a certain way. Loree Thompson Very fast shipping! I was provided a tracking number an hour after I placed my order and received it 4 days later! The packaging showed pride and care in their business and the product. The pendant I ordered was in a nice box tied with a beautiful bow, a handwritten note and a wrapped thank you candy. This pendant/charm matched a bracelet I received when I was probably 7 years old (I’m 68 now) and was thrilled when I saw it. I would definitely purchase from this company again.
