derek powell THIS GUY KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK! My wife dropped off her family heirloom for me to have a necklace made for my birthday. She told J to do whatever he thinks I would like and I LIKE. It took some time to source the right necklace and I understood his hands were tied as far as availability and a third party involved, He was transparent from the get go. Being from the service industry I know the importance of customer satisfaction and dealing with unrealistic expectations. He did the best he could and made it happen. STOKED. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Nicole Simpers Hey all! I was lucky enough to get engaged in KW recently. My finance did not buy from this establishment, however the ring he purchased was a litttttle too large. The worst thing that could happen would be to lose it, so we happened into this shop. The owners were so, SO kind, and happily helped me to a ring wrap to secure my new bling. They stock was lovely, and had I not just received a new piece of jewelry, I would have purchased from them anyways. Shout out to these people who gave away to a stranger on a special day!!

Katlyn Rafferty Ive been to Flash and Fuse several times to get permanent rings by Hayli. She is amazing! Her and Athena are super nice and so awesome, they have a great selection of jewelry at different price points. They make you feel welcome and comfortable and the experience is great :). My permanent rings are still going strong and never slip off or bother me. Will definitely be back again and again.
