I had an appointment the next business day and was able to sit down with Rachel Moreno. Rachel was very understanding and patient with my lack of insurance knowledge. She explained my different options and helped me make the best decision for my insurance needs! It was very last minute on my part. However, she did all that was necessary to cancel my previous policy and assured me the policy I decided on would begin the next day.
