He was quick to confirm the cancellation and promise a full refund, which sounded great at the time. Unfortunately, the refund never arrived, and after multiple follow-ups and delays, I had to dispute the charge through my bank. Joel was responsive when it came to words, but results never followed. When I brought up the missing refund weeks later, he asked why I had stopped the payment, despite having personally confirmed it would be refunded. That part was confusing. If youre looking for fast email replies, Joel is your guy. If youre looking for actual follow-through, manage your expectations.
