However, it seems the process was not properly managed, and we were left with only a voicemail suggesting we approach a partner, which was not the level of support we were expecting. We expected you to guide us through the process, especially as our insurance has now lapsed, adding considerable stress. Your services were highly recommended by one of the best real estate agents we’ve ever worked with, so naturally, we expected the same level of professionalism from your team. He is very thorough, polite, professional and truly passionate about what he does! I will only work with Shane and his team going forward. I was able to switch to a new insurance company the same day! He even took care of all of the paperwork. Shane also brought to my attention that my previous insurance premium was billed for a single family home when I live in a townhome! He is truly the best!!!
