I want to express our deep disappointment with how our home insurance matter was handled. We trusted your guidance and were hopeful that your recommended strategy would secure us coverage with another company. However, it seems the process was not properly managed, and we were left with only a voicemail suggesting we approach a partner, which was not the level of support we were expecting.
We expected you to guide us through the process, especially as our insurance has now lapsed, adding considerable stress.
Your services were highly recommended by one of the best real estate agents we’ve ever worked with, so naturally, we expected the same level of professionalism from your team. Unfortunately, this has not been our experience.
