Keith Cardin I am/was a Progressive Insurance policy holder for over 4 years. I changed from an agent, directly to Progressive in July of 2024. I requested my payment be automatically withdrawn, just as it had for the years prior. In January of 2025, my insurance lapsed, causing a suspension on my license and a $158 renewal fee. Progressive refused to take any responsibility in incorrectly writing the policy or helping to correct the issues caused by their mishandling of my policy. So, no I have a suspension on my driving record, a $158 fee and a new insurance company. If Progressive was the last insurance company on the face of the earth, Id ask for a recount. Sara Schulz BEWARE!!! Please do your due diligence before having anything to do with this "company". Public records will show you all you need to know about the female that "runs" this homemade agency. When you begin your search of her name you will see why I use that term. Feel free to look at what has transpired in the other states and agencies that she worked for and of course, one of the most important aspects when choosing someone that you need to be professional and hold a standard of excellence....the local courthouse public records (for Indian River County) when inputing her name and what transpired when she was asked information under oath. She has absolutely no integrity whatsoever and I owe it to anyone looking her up as a potential person to trust with any financial aspect of insurance or other investment of time or money to BEWARE!!!
