1 /5 Keith Cardin: I am/was a Progressive Insurance policy holder for over 4 years. I changed from an agent, directly to Progressive in July of 2024. I requested my payment be automatically withdrawn, just as it had for the years prior. In January of 2025, my insurance lapsed, causing a suspension on my license and a $158 renewal fee. Progressive refused to take any responsibility in incorrectly writing the policy or helping to correct the issues caused by their mishandling of my policy. So, no I have a suspension on my driving record, a $158 fee and a new insurance company. If Progressive was the last insurance company on the face of the earth, Id ask for a recount. 1 /5 Lee F Hollingsworth: That mean issues with my snap device so I gave them a call. I talked to a lady who basically said too bad theyre closed you need to call back heres the number to call I asked her why I have to call back because Im too busy to do anything else besides not help you. So I get into her supervisor leave him a message 4 days later or 5 days later he does return my call said sorry I was on vacation Im too busy just to call you back until now. He then goes on and says well if we we turn all the calls we get we cant do that. Im sorry with my job if I dont return a call back from what we call members Id get to start talking to you for my supervisor but I dont return an email Id get a Stern talking to if not written up. You say he said it I was returning my call and I should be pleased. Horrible customer service actually very lacking with customer service even though AAA insurance is about $50 more Im thinking about going with them.

1 /5 Catinna Williams: I was a former client of progressive my policy was due on 6/17 I canceled the policy 6/13 I received a bill stating that I owe $177 a day before that I received an email stating that I had overpaid and I will be receiving a refund of $18.19. I spoke with rep Issa at Sumply IOA on 6/25 was told that my refund was on the way. I havent received the check and was told that the check was cut & sent out on 6/25.so rep Issa flat out lied. If I wouldnt have called they would have not rectified the issue and i would have been out of $177 bucks I would never come back to this lying company

1 /5 Brianna Estes: I wish i could give 0 stars but i cannot, Progessive makes Zero sense with their policies because my truck is registered in GA but they’re telling me i have to have Florida Inscurace until i fully move to GA but i literally cannot have a car registered and insured in 2 different states, please make that make sense?! Progressive, do better? Or Educate yourselves? Just fix whatever your doing

1 /5 Matthew Bozeman: This is the worst insurance company I have dealt with, DO NOT waste your time and money here. To begin with, my wife has spoken to our claim agent twice now and both of those times shes horribly rude, disrespectful and clearly does not care because we have been trying to reach her for a week now and she won’t give us the time of day. Everytime we call and ask to speak to someone else they direct us back to our agent ( WHO WILL NOT ANSWER ) even after we directly ask to NOT speak with her. Finally we were re-directed to her suprivisor, guess what. He won’t answer either. My wife stayed at our dealership today from 9:30am- 5pm trying to get a hold of someone so we both called multiple times today and texted and emailed and still…… not one person called or texted back to help us with what we & the dealer needed. And that’s not even going over the past week on speaking to our agent. The only time we have spoke to her is when she has called on the day of the incident. If I could, I would give this company no stars.This is unbelievable.
