5 /5 Douglas Tillman: I’ve been using Hayward Brown for years. I don’t typically leave reviews unless someone goes above and beyond. Annette is my agent ( or liaison ) with Hayward Brown and at renewal time for my auto policy she noticed that I was paying what we thought was too high of an amount. Not only did she get me a better rate but she also got me better coverage. On top of that ; with the new policy I incurred a cost that I was unaware of. Annette felt that the charge was unreasonable and took the issue up the chain of command and as a result, Hayward Brown covered the cost. Unbelievable customer service. Above and beyond. He is very knowledgeable on all different plans, doesnt rush, explains everything pretty simple and also helps find doctors. He will discuss  your needs and go over all your questions you may have. I would highly recommend him.
