It’s important to remember that the issue was a glitch in the company’s system that resulted in me being charged twice. Being nice doesnt cost a cent! I wouldnt mind waiting 10 days for my refund if I was treated differently.
The previous person I spoke with, and I have to say, she was super friendly and understanding! Even though I didnt catch her name, I really appreciated how she handled my frustrations with such kindness and professionalism. It made all the difference! I wish she had answered my follow-up call.
