After canceling my policy (bc my car broke down) then needing insurance again (bc I got a car again), sam was able to get me a policy that was cheaper than what I was paying before! He was very patient and polite and he also explained everything very well. Its always a good day when getting off the phone with insurance ppl and not have a bit of aggravation. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating to all of our needs and was there at the drop of a hat with answers and resources whenever there was uncertainties.
