5 /5 Joe: So far, my experience has been great. I loved their website and the ease of building a quote. I created multiple quotes, in fact. I really liked that I was able to do that and adjust coverage levels in every area to find the middle ground where I was satisfied with the coverage limits as well as the premium. Made me very comfortable with the company as everything is very transparent and upfront during the process. Real decent rates, and you are rewarded for claim free years. An incentive is always nice. Plus, it motivates the homeowner to keep up with maintenance, repairs, and the overall condition and safety of your home.
I just completed the self inspection today. I actually enjoyed completing it, and it makes you take a good close look at many areas of your home that you may not otherwise. How often do you get down on your hands and knees to inspect the lines, fittings, and tank bolts of your toilets? While mine all look great and are newer, I could have easily spotted something cracked and/or about to fail, that could have resulted in lots of water damage, expenses, and just a huge messy headache. Makes you realize things like this should be inspected every so often as its definitely in your best interest.
So everything is just pending the results of the inspection. But to this point, between all the positive online reviews, great website, the extremely friendly and responsive customer service I received online, and the companies overall reputation, its nothing short of 5 stars.
