1 /5 Courtney Harrell: The WORST! Tommy Surles and his associates are the most unorganized people I have ever come across. Not one employee can tell what the heck is going on. I feel robbed and they should be held accountable but instead I am stuck paying (literally) for their mistakes. I have left multiple messages with no return call. If I knew how or where to report them to for theft and fraudulence, I would, but instead Im stuck with writing this review. So please, take heed. Find another insurance company to insure your home.

5 /5 Lyndsey Pitts: Tommy is a great person, I have had insurance with his office for several years and have never had any issues. All of the staff (Molly, Paula, and Joy) are VERY helpful, friendly, and on top of everything. Molly was amazing with me through the whole process of getting homeowners insurance. I would not have had the same experience at any other office. I 100 percent recommend going with State Farm in Monticello!

4 /5 Matthew Hays: Nice and friendly staff, however State Farm as a whole send out way to much paper work. I wish they would keep it simple, I pay them, they cover me and cut out all the clutter and junk mail.

1 /5 Will Hudson: I thought I’d get small town service and customer care, but was overcharged and treated like a number. Do yourself a favor and call Geico or Progressive. I was a State Farm customer for years until I had to deal with this agency.
