1 /5 Sonia Gonzalez: I’ve been with State Farm through this agency for about 18 years, ever since I started driving. The agent does a great job when signing you up spectacular, honestly. Once you’re in, you’re treated well… until you ask for a re-quote or try to cancel. Then, it’s a different story — lol. I recently asked for a re-quote after comparing rates with coworkers and friends. I reached out via email AND left a voicemail for my agent. I never received a response. That silence led me to look elsewhere, and I made the decision to switch. When I called to cancel, I was told there were internet issues and someone would follow up with me. That was weeks ago, and the process is still unresolved. It’s been a frustrating and unprofessional experience from start to finish. Out of respect, I won’t name names, but I hope this helps others. I really didn’t want to write this review, but after 18 years of loyalty, I expected better.

We’ve had the privilege of having Loida as our family’s agent, and her customer service, attentiveness, and knowledge have been nothing short of exceptional. We truly appreciate the care and professionalism she brings to every interaction.

Her support when it came to figuring things out for my Life Insurance beneficiaries when my dad passed away was beyond. 1 /5 Tracy Carpenter: Been with this specific agent Ron seagull for 35+ years I was told by the agent I’ve been with them longer than their longest employees and also never have missed a payment. I recently got a vehicle towed and never have I had service be as complicated as it been the past 3 weeks I called let loda know all the information sent her the receipt of the tow bill and was waiting for 3 weeks for a call or some communication!!! So I called today and she told me she didn’t have enough information from the tow receipt that’s why The reimbursement never got sent out. Why didn’t you communicate with your customer on not having enough information to get that information to send the reimbursement back? After I’ve already sent you everything it should take! This isn’t my first row reimbursement so that’s why all she had to do was call but let it go for 3 WEEKS until I called the office asking about it!!! Ridiculous and pissed off isn’t the word I’m moving to a different agent that actually has communication skills, and cares about their customer service because obviously it seems like Ron Seagal doesn’t care that much about his customers So BEWARE 35 years with someone and I’m moving because the lack of communication and customer Service that comes out of the agents office!! WTH
