1 /5 Sonia Gonzalez: I’ve been with State Farm through this agency for about 18 years, ever since I started driving. The agent does a great job when signing you up spectacular, honestly. Once you’re in, you’re treated well… until you ask for a re-quote or try to cancel. Then, it’s a different story — lol.
I recently asked for a re-quote after comparing rates with coworkers and friends. I reached out via email AND left a voicemail for my agent. I never received a response. That silence led me to look elsewhere, and I made the decision to switch.
When I called to cancel, I was told there were internet issues and someone would follow up with me. That was weeks ago, and the process is still unresolved. It’s been a frustrating and unprofessional experience from start to finish.
Out of respect, I won’t name names, but I hope this helps others. I really didn’t want to write this review, but after 18 years of loyalty, I expected better.
