1 /5 Bill Fehr: I thought these were decent people, but after selling the house and asking them to cancel the policy, they were unreasonable in that accommodation, hiding behind the "policy" word. I cant recommend that anyone work with these people.

We went through the process of changing some family trust issues on everything from Homeownes, Flood, Fire, Auto, and Umbrella Insurances. Sheree was knowledgeable on many of the general and specifics of these different insurances. But, if she didnt know the answer, she was quick to respond. Any discussions were professionally handled with pleasing social skills. Having had much previous experiences with Insurance agents, she is among the top I have and plan to deal with in the future.
