1 /5 Kevin Miller: We had a good insurance agent and we were transferring all of our insurance to them because of how pleased we were. Then they went AWOL and the new people responded to 1/100 emails. Because of them, we missed deadlines, became non compliant with no time to resolve, they never responded to the insurance companies despite our constant nagging. At the end of the day, they double charged us for insurance, and now, 3 months later, have yet to resolve the cancellation. The insurance company now has us in non-renewal status. Our replacement insurance agent called the company, who said Livings insurance were asked multiple times to fill out a simple docusign and never did, causing this issue. Absolute incompetent company. Do business literally anywhere else

5 /5 Brett and Alexia Carson: Our insurance company decided to not renew us due to too many policies in our area so we started looking into new companies and had been referred here. Cindy is extremely helpful, quick to respond and will answer any and all question without hesitation. She helped tremendously in understanding coverage while giving me multiple options for finding something new. We are very satisfied with the service and look forward to having them as our new insurance agency.

Although, when it came to working with Amanda Blake she automatically empathized and helped me calm down helping make the process smooth. She was quick to respond and always answered any question with a knowledgeable perspective. You can tell she took her time with me and I am sure with all customers she helps. Amanda also helped me better understand each coverage while giving me numerous options. She never complained nor did she make me feel like a burden. Honestly she is an asset to your team and am highly satisfied with her customer service skills. I rarely am quick to write a good review till the service is done, but I felt compelled to write this review because of how positive, empathetic, and compassionate she was in helping me find the right insurance for my family. 5 /5 Glenn Statmore: Amanda was the most responsive agent in the 37 years of buying homeowners insurance and saved us almost $1200. She was even in touch on the weekend to get the job done. She certainly deserves to be successful for how hard she worked to get a policy in effect on the day promised, 9/1/21; prime hurricane season. We are grateful!!!

1 /5 MattP: We had a poor experience with Cindy at Livings Insurance and I dont recommend this broker. There was no communication at all from her. When my homeowners policy came up for renewal, I was talking directly with Olympus since she was awol. Steer clear, youll be better off for it.
