Justin, in the Josh Post SF office, continued to check in with me about once a month. He didnt push, answered all my questions, and returned all my calls & emails. He just wrote our auto insurance with State Farm. I was glad it worked out that SF had the best prices/coverages/quotes and I was able to give him some business.

Crypto Johnny I used agent WS Insurance Group and this was the biggest mistake ever. Customer service is very disrespectful - I called and Warren Sam told me theyre busy on the line call back later and just hung up. I never encountered such a disrespectful customer service rep. Trying to get a Mercury rep on the line directly but no one picking up the phone. I definitely would not recommend Mercury Insurance - stay away
