5 /5 Keith Diotte: Finding travel insurance was quite simple with Nelsons & Associates. Savanna and Robin promptly furnished a group quote for international travel. Prices were cut in half from what we used to pay. I definitely recommend Nelson and Associates.

5 /5 Terry Hook: Very caring professional staff that care about their customers and will stand behind them to resolve any issues that a customer may have and will fight for the customer rights no matter how long it takes them to get results. I owe a lot of thanks to Savana for their help with a dispute between the insurance company and the hospital that really was at no fault to me or anything I had done but yet it was my claims that were being denied and my care being delayed. Savanna personally sat with me for a 3 way phone call to settle the dispute and engaged in a single phone call that literally lasted just short of 3 HOURS and would not and did not give up or take no for an answer until the issue was addressed. You will never find a more reliable and caring insurance company than Savanna and all the ladies At Nelson and Associates.

5 /5 Chuck Rolph: I called Nelson & Associates (based on looking at their website) asking for Savanna Varney and left her a voicemail noting that I had an urgent need to investigate Medicare supplemental products. Tracy in the office indicated Savanna was out of the office but got me on Savannas schedule for the next morning. This was during a very busy time (open season) for the office but they completely understood the urgency and were extremely responsive (this included Tracy who got me slotted in by responding to my need for speed). Savanna answered our questions, followed up to make sure things got done when they needed to and helped us through the process quickly and efficiently. If she said she was going to do something she did it when and how she committed to it and communicated the result to us. This is all of what we would look for - knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. We also were introduced to others at the agency when we were there. It is a competent family centric place and we feel you would be well served if you need the services they provide.
