Charley Young Ayanna was very helpful and friendly from our first conversation to our subsequent ones. Tiffanie went above and beyond and is INCREDIBLE! She helped me get coverage on a clients property in two days when we were under a time crunch! I will DEFINITELY be using Tiffanie and Quinn Insurance in the future!

slack mofo My experience with Direct auto insurance was as wonderful as I could have hoped, not only were they able to provide me a great rate but my experience as excellent as it was, was largely in part due to how well received I was by the customer service representative who handled my call which happened to be Darby Anderson (I believe that to be her correct name). She was not only kind, professional and patient but she was able to answer any and all of my questions and did so with an incredibly pleasant demeanor throughout the entire process. Darby deserves the highest of commendations, so I can only hope upper management is not only aware of her contributions but that she is recognized as such. Do the right thing by all of your employees who have displayed the level of excellence that Darby seems to have engrained at an instinctual level. Joe So far, my experience has been great. I loved their website and the ease of building a quote. I created multiple quotes, in fact. I really liked that I was able to do that and adjust coverage levels in every area to find the middle ground where I was satisfied with the coverage limits as well as the premium. Made me very comfortable with the company as everything is very transparent and upfront during the process. Real decent rates, and you are rewarded for claim free years. An incentive is always nice. Plus, it motivates the homeowner to keep up with maintenance, repairs, and the overall condition and safety of your home. I just completed the self inspection today. I actually enjoyed completing it, and it makes you take a good close look at many areas of your home that you may not otherwise. How often do you get down on your hands and knees to inspect the lines, fittings, and tank bolts of your toilets? While mine all look great and are newer, I could have easily spotted something cracked and/or about to fail, that could have resulted in lots of water damage, expenses, and just a huge messy headache. Makes you realize things like this should be inspected every so often as its definitely in your best interest. So everything is just pending the results of the inspection. But to this point, between all the positive online reviews, great website, the extremely friendly and responsive customer service I received online, and the companies overall reputation, its nothing short of 5 stars. Thank you, OpenHouse, for this breath of fresh air at a time when insurance companies are either leaving the state or raising rates by ridiculous percentages on folks. You guys have been phenomenal thus far!!!

Pie Jenni (Jennie Pie) I dont even know where to begin.....There are no words for the level of customer service this company provides. My son was in an auto accident, and was having a hard time navigating the process of what he is supposed to do after the accident.... When he received a letter from the DMV concerning his accident, he didnt understand what the DMV was requiring from him, and neither did I.....He called National, and asked if they were familiar with the letter he received , and they were not. The letter was 6 pages long and had sbout 8 different option he needed to do, but only if step a was this then go to step b, or skip step b and do c,d,& e instead.....very confusing! The next day, ONE OF THE MANAGERS FROM NATIONAL DROVE FROM ORLANDO TO JACKSONVILLE to help! He sat down with us and read the letter, (which is 6 pages) and explained it to us step by step so we could understand what was being asked of my son to do. UNBELIVEABLE! I am at a loss for words to express my gratitude, & tell you how thankful I am. You sir made a difference. Because of you, myself & my family will remain loyal customers for life. Please dont ever change. Thank you for everything! I will always reccommend your agency to anyone I hear of needing insurance.
