Peter Orzell John LaPrade at NSI was absolutely fantastic in helping me obtain new coverage after a sweeping non-renewal from my previous insurance company that affected many South Florida homes. John has been extremely helpful and has repeatedly gone the extra mile to help me navigate the insurance market to find an excellent multi-policy solution that I believe actually costs me significantly less overall than my previous all-inclusive policy. I would absolutely recommend NSI and specifically John to anyone trying to obtain homeowners insurance or otherwise in the area.

mac packman this agency has left me 2 times with suspended insurance and no heads up. the first time was an expired CC that when it ran i didnt get a heads up, just an announcement of cancellation. the second time i was on travel for almost 2 months and not even did i not get a bill for my insurance, i came back to a suspended drivers license. this was even after giving them a new CC for autopay. I dont know what is going on with this agency but calls are never returned, the VM is full and i would not recommend them. kept the carts with Allsstate, called a new agent in St. Pete, they rock.

Mindy Hammons I was shopping for insurance as it was time to acquire a new policy, and I put in a quote request with their office. It ended up being considerably more expensive than other quotes, but the agent that returned my call while working on my quote was completely up-front and honest about that, even recommending different agencies and advising which ones to avoid. Her name is Marcie and she was an absolute joy to speak to, and it made my day to have such great service, even though I was declining their product. That is extremely rare and deserves commendation, truly. She is a bright spot in a sometimes frustrating industry, and that is wonderful!
