I added another vehicle to my policy, and a mistake was made where the policy wouldn’t be active for another few weeks, but I was already at the DMV trying to register it, and I needed it fixed fast. Eileen promptly took action, with fantastic communication skills throughout the entire process, and got it sorted out as fast as she could. Before I knew it, my policy was active and I was able to register my other vehicle.
