We used Dynamic, when we first moved to Punta Gorda in 2012 for our primary and investment properties as well as our boat, auto and Motorhome. At first, they were receptive and very helpful to meet our needs and help find the lowest rates. Then Toni left and they assigned Gayle to us. Never did meet or speak with Dave, the owner. Through the years, carriers stopped producing and Dynamic changed our carriers. Yes, we were looking for the lowest price with the same coverages. When Ian hit, we had three claims for our investments and one for our primary. Then we found out how much Dynamic worked for us. NOT!!! The main issue we had was that on one property, we had St.John’s and that was switched to American Integrity. Our policies are Replacement costs, however, American Integrity has an endorsement for roofs that are for ACV only. We did not find this out until after the hurricane and after the claim was filed and adjusted. When I called, even our agent didn’t know about it.
Then Toni, the owner, switched us to her as an agent and not Gayle, then back to Gayle.
As an investor , we try to keep expenses low and we have no issue with our insurance broker in PA who is looking out financial health.
If you are looking for a company that cares about you as a customer and wants to protect your investments and financial interests, then go elsewhere. Not Dynamic
