After being a loyal customer and trusting INSURICA with my insurance needs, I faced a challenge with an audit process that, according to them, involved multiple attempts to reach me—attempts that I never received. No voicemails, emails, texts, or even a formal letter arrived to notify me about the audit. Yet, instead of offering assistance to resolve this misunderstanding, they quickly handed my account over to collections, leaving me to face harsh demands without a chance to clarify or provide the necessary documentation. They have been able to negotiate very fair premiums through reputable insurance companies, and the service I have received when needed has been excellent as well.
