They take their time with you and not rush you so they can go on to the customer. Ive been to other agents and they do not provide the same customer service. I changed to them after seeing how they worked with my 84 year old mother. The warm and caring service they gave her. I received the same level of service as she did. Austin Bennett Canceled our auto Insurance apparently over a $45 "fee" unrelated to the insurance policy (which was set up on auto pay.) No notice was given to us, but we were reported to the State. I would highly recommend, not using their services.
