RB R Moved here from Chicago and they were referred to us. They have been great since day one. They have taken the time to explain things to me when I just dont understand about the policy differences, they respond to emails quickly, they answer phones and they just do a great job! They have always made efforts to find me the best policys for the least expensive amount and provides choices. I have always worked with Kim and Chelsea. Both of them are very smart, very professional and never once made me feel stupid which is how I feel when it comes to insurance! 10 days ago we were surprised by hurricane Sally and they have been totally there for us.

Ravi Patel Vince did a great job with procuring us great insurance coverage for a rental property of ours. So much so that we decided to use him for our personal residence as well. He and his team make it a very easy and stress free process for shopping rates and coverage. I could not ask for a more professional and better agent than Vince.

Cindy Andree, helped me purchase Progressive Auto insurance today. This gentleman could not have been any nicer. He is an extremely knowledgeable employee and was so very helpful!!

Regina Moss A representative from this company named Jose Alvarez called my client and switched his plan. My client is special needs and has a POA who takes care of all his needs including his Healthcare. According to my client Jose advised him in the conversation that he knew me which is a flat out lie. In doing so my client trusted him and the application was processed and submitted without the POA present or even being contacted. My client in turned called his mom who called me and I called the POA and we had to call to get this application canceled which cant happen for a few days. However the representatives that assisted us were a bit rude and even provided wrong information and when I questioned the information he stated he read it wrong. My client has medications and treatments that require a PA and this change would disrupt his entire treatment routine because he would have to start over not to mention the prescriptions it could affect. I am not sure the agent asked if he has a POA but my client clearly knows he does and has a copy of the paper himself. He gets these calls often and I have educated him but as I stated he is special needs and gets confused very easily. The agent telling my client that he knows me was a lie and deceitful and unethical way to gain trust. These calls are recorded and can be pulled if necessary and the agent hel accountable. However the actions of most of these call center agents are unacceptable and it needs to stop. All for a few extra dollars.Sad

Amelia Crawford Chris and his team are the best insurance agents I have ever worked with. We changed from another agency due to poor communication and since switching it has been a night and day difference. Chris is very knowledgeable and provides wonderful follow-up.
