Tower Hill stepped up to the plate immediately. My adjuster Crystal Hawkins was amazing. She kept me constantly informed of what was going to happen and what to expect. She was extremely professional and answered all of my questions promptly. All of the mitigators and contractors were paid immediately and the whole process was resolved in a very short time.
