Keith Cardin I am/was a Progressive Insurance policy holder for over 4 years. I changed from an agent, directly to Progressive in July of 2024. I requested my payment be automatically withdrawn, just as it had for the years prior. In January of 2025, my insurance lapsed, causing a suspension on my license and a $158 renewal fee. Progressive refused to take any responsibility in incorrectly writing the policy or helping to correct the issues caused by their mishandling of my policy. So, no I have a suspension on my driving record, a $158 fee and a new insurance company. If Progressive was the last insurance company on the face of the earth, Id ask for a recount. Norm Feld This is my first insurance claim in over 40 years and I was expecting a complete nightmare. Much to my surprise this has been an extremely positive experience. Tower Hill stepped up to the plate immediately. My adjuster Crystal Hawkins was amazing. She kept me constantly informed of what was going to happen and what to expect. She was extremely professional and answered all of my questions promptly. All of the mitigators and contractors were paid immediately and the whole process was resolved in a very short time. Tower Hill is probably one of the best insurance companies I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend using them if you are in need of insurance.
