Jeremy Guillette Everyone wants to pay the lowest rate, myself included, but having appropriate coverage is important. Vanessa Fox is outstanding in understanding what coverage needs you have and then running it through all the available carriers to present you the best options available. She’s proactive in asking if anything has changed for you when renewal time comes and remains in contact with you. This is in contrast with previous experiences where the brokers/carriers send you a revised policy along with the annual increase without any other communication.
