April Len I got my first car insured through them over 20 years ago and am still with them today. They are the only agency I have ever used and now my 2 oldest kids are insured through them as well. Can’t say enough good things about how helpful, easy, affordable, personable, and all around great people they are. I recommend them highly to everyone I know.

When working with an Excess insurance company refunds must be sent from the carrier back to the agency with proper documentation so we can issue the proper refund amount and remain within our legal requirements. It can take up to 6 weeks for an excess company to process a refund as they have fees paid with the state and filings they must complete for EACH policy. After careful and thorough review of every document pertaining to this file, the documents show we received the refund in question on 11/20/2019 on our carriers statement, the refund was processed on 11/21/2019 and your refund check was mailed out on 11/22/2019. Our records show we have communicated with you on multiple occasions via phone and email since the cancel request was submitted with proper signatures. Thank you also for your feedback in regards to voicemails. We return voicemails in the order they are received provided adequate information is furnished however we are a small agency and if we are on the phone or with a client it might be a little while before you get a return phone it doesnt help to call back to back if we are with a client we are busy and cant take the call we look forward to speaking with each and every one of our clients and giving each of our clients the one on one attachment they deserve. Manufactured housing insurance is a very unique field that Jacks specializes in and our clients are extremely important to us. However, in this unique field it can take time for document processing. All work n No excuses After several years of never needing to review coverages, in 2024 its more important more now than ever that Id do so. Ive had the same insurance company for 10 years (Olympus and never had a claim) and my premiums almost doubled. I called Steve nearly at the end of business on a Monday and by Friday I had a new carrier. Process was very streamlined and he returned any calls or emails as well. Give them a look for home or auto needs, doesnt hurt to take a second look.

Daniel Howard I can not say enough GREAT things about this company! I started a communications company in 2011 and Sheila was the only one in the state of Florida that took the time to write me a Workers Compensation policy. I had tried 15 other insurance companies in Florida and several in Georgia and Texas, none of them would write me a policy. In my 5 years of doing business with Sheila and Bev, I have never had a problem or a complaint with them or any of their staff. I frequently ask them to send out certificates to our clients and they are the first to get the certificate sent and the first to send an email confirmation back to me. In addition to the Workers Compensation policy, I also have an Inland Marine policy with them, to insure some of my equipment. This year Bev saved me $274 on my premium for the Inland Marine policy! I would highly recommend giving this company an opportunity to provide you with a policy! Thank you for your all that you do and keep up the great work!
