It was exactly the kind of experience I was hoping for in an agency that looks out for the best interest of their client. Brenda Williams I have been working with Arrington Ins for several years now, when Arrington/Kim was highly recommended to give them a try. She is the only ins agent that I have ever worked with that has been so patient, honest, professional and helpful. She will explain everything in detail so I clearly understand, always makes me feel comfortable. Customer Service is her middle name. Even when she cant do anything to help, she still goes the distance. I feel bad always bugging her, but she has NEVER been anything but professional, kind and geniune. I HIGHLY recommend this insurance agency and Kim Leach :)

Rick Librizzi Wendy Butcher Allstate Insurance Agency has been most helpful in helping us obtain our automobile insurance. When our previous insurance company boosted our premiums $1000 a year I was appalled. Their reason: "Everyones insurance went up this year." That is when I went to Allstate.
