We got recommended to use Waterhouse by our lender and realtor and they did not let us down. Prentiss worked with us the whole way. There was hurdles because of age of the home and flood zoning but Prentiss got through them all. When we were in the final stretch literally hours before closing Prentiss worked on his day off to make sure we got the coverage we needed so we could be in our home today! That’s dedication and customer service you just don’t see these days. If you need insurance then go to Prentiss you will be in the right hands and you will get what you need.
