He was there to answer every question right away and meet all the deadlines. He runs such a smooth and professional business that its hard to believe he also keeps a very personal touch (even a long hand-written thank-you card, believe it or not). Thank you so much. I stumbled upon Rick LLEWELLYN Insurance services. Right from the start he was very knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. He asked some basic questions and then went to work for me. He was upfront during our call about my current rate and that it will be hard to beat. I asked him to look anyways. Unfortunately, he was right and my current rate was the best We could do without paying the whole amount upfront. I respect his hard work and honest approach and even though we could not make it happen currently. I will use him next time I’m looking and see what he can do. Ask for Rick!

I couldnt get hold of my previous agent and was down to 3 business days or my bank would put insurance on my home at whatever price. I did online research and found Llewellyn Ins. I was impressed with reviews I saw, so I gave them a call. Long and short, I called and spoke to Todd on a late Friday afternoon. I had a new policy with more coverage and less than what I previously paid, by the following Tuesday. Turns out my previous agent had me with the wrong insurance company and didnt take into consideration cost saving things like my alarm system. I am so grateful for his help and time he took to walk through my coverage so I understund everything.

He always try to advise the best insurance alternatives and coverage for the needs of each individual property. Last time, when there was a claim against my shopping plaza while we were travelling out of country, he personally coordinated and handled the claim for us. He goes this extra mile in helping us had relieved a great burden due to the complicated legal situation. I highly recommend him for any insurance needs.
