After canceling my policy (bc my car broke down) then needing insurance again (bc I got a car again), sam was able to get me a policy that was cheaper than what I was paying before! He was very patient and polite and he also explained everything very well. Its always a good day when getting off the phone with insurance ppl and not have a bit of aggravation. 5 /5 Taste Somethin’: I’ve been insured through them for about 2 years now and I can honestly say that the staff is amazing. I recently had an issue with my insurance company and Violet handled everything with ease. She’s very easy to speak with, very efficient, overall amazing. She went above and far beyond to make sure everything was proper. After all was said and done, she followed up with me to make sure that I had a full peace of mind regarding the issue. That kind of dedication is far and few these days so I appreciate her. Thank you again Violet, you are a gem!!
